You ancesteros in my opinion where quite correct in their belives and what they fought for(nobody likes to give anything up though!)
What is concerning me at the moment is the current trend for films in hollywood that depict acts of bravery and heroism carried out British Soldiers( I'm also a British Soldier) to be hijacked and depicted as being carried out by Americans.
So far I am aware of 2 such films, I cannot remember their titles unfortunatley,the latest is about special forces capturing a submarine, I think it stars Goearge Clooney.
We are and have been for an awful long time Allies is it not time that we are no longer treated as the quaint little Brits who used to have an Empire, but respected in our own right particularly when people have put thie lives on the line.
PS I hope that I am not being to heavy as I like America and oune day would love to visit. No Euro Disney for me its the real thing or nothing.
